Solar Control Window Film Increases Comfort at Lodi, Ohio Library

Our team loves a challenge and this project in Lodi, Ohio at the library presented one. The library wanted to increase comfort and reduce excessive heat and glare coming through this wall of windows. After consultation, we selected a Llumar dual reflective solar control window film to address the issue. This film will reject a significant amount of the heat and glare and still retain decent visibility at night from the inside looking out unlike many reflective window films.

Once a film was selected, how to accomplish the install was determined. We ended up using a narrow 26′ scissor lift to get to the highest windows safely and with minimal disruption to the facility. Check out the additional pictures below of this project. It came out great and the client is happy.
